1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using gootuinverters.in (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other policies posted on the Site. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Business & Products
Solar Trust Power Solutions lists and sells solar inverters, accessories, and related products (the “Products”). Product specifications, images and descriptions on the Site are provided for general information and may change without notice. Always confirm final specifications with our sales team before purchase.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Solar Trust Power Solutions. Prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or change prices at any time before acceptance of an order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver per the timelines quoted at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock, location, and logistics partners. The Site and/or our distributors may offer pan-India shipping. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Refunds: Solar Trust Power Solutions doesn’t offer routine refunds. Refunds will only be considered where required by law or in exceptional circumstances approved by us in writing.
Warranty: Manufacturer warranty terms (commonly 2 years for Gootu products) apply. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be filed through the designated process: fill the warranty claim form on the Site or contact us on WhatsApp/Email. We will verify and direct the claim as per manufacturer policy.
6. Authenticity & Authorized Products
We sell genuine GOOTU products and may provide guidance to identify authentic units (labels, serial numbers, packaging). If you suspect counterfeit products, contact us immediately at support@gootuinverters.in.
7. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to upload, post, transmit or distribute any material that infringes third-party rights, is abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
