Shipping Coverage
We currently provide shipping across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners. For international shipments, please contact info@gootuinverters.in before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 3–7 business days
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 5–10 business days
- Remote or hilly regions: up to 14 business days
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fees will be visible during checkout or confirmed before dispatch. Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, will be clearly displayed on the website.
Tracking & Updates

Delivery & Risk of Loss
All shipments are carefully packed to prevent damage. Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are issues.

Change of Delivery Address

Undeliverable Orders
