Returns & Refund Policy — Solar Trust Power Solutions
General Policy
At Solar Trust Power Solutions, we take great care to ensure that all products are quality-tested and securely packaged before shipping. Once a product has been sold and delivered, we do not offer returns or routine refunds under any circumstances.
No Return Policy
Products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product received is defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping error. Such cases will be handled under the applicable brand warranty process described below.
Brand Warranty & Claims
All GOOTU products come with brand warranties as mentioned on the product box or within accompanying documentation. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is claimable through Solar Trust Power Solutions as the authorized seller.
To initiate a warranty claim, please email info@gootuinverters.in with the following details:
- Invoice or proof of purchase
- Product model and serial number
- Description of issue and photos/videos of defect
Our technical team will review the claim and coordinate the next steps as per the manufacturer’s policy (repair or replacement of defective parts).
Shipping Costs for Warranty Repairs
When sending a product for warranty service or replacement, the one-way shipping cost (from customer to service centre or our office) must be borne by the customer. Return shipping after repair or replacement will be covered by Solar Trust Power Solutions.
Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds are not part of our standard policy. However, in rare situations where replacement is not feasible (such as discontinued products or out-of-stock items), a refund may be processed at our discretion after verification.
Non-Warranty Issues
Damage caused by mishandling, power surges, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repairs voids the warranty. In such cases, repair services may be provided at actual cost upon request.
